RETURN POLICY

We are so confident that you will like RICH products that we're happy to accept returns even after you have used them. No kidding.

The products you want to return must be returned to us within 30 days of the shipment date. To return the product, email us at info@richhaircare.com to request a return authorization number. Please note that if a Return Authorization Number is not provided prior to your return, there may be delays in processing your refund.

Place the product in your order box and include the Return Authorization Number, your name and original order number.

Exceptions:
Some exceptions may exist with regards to our Return Policy and are indicated on the brand or product pages where applicable.

Refunds:
Once received, we will process your return in the order in which it was received. We normally issue refunds within 7-10 days of receiving the item.
While the refund will go through to your bank, PayPal account, or credit card immediately, it may take additional time to post to your account. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Finally, any refused shipments, shipments that are non-deliverable, or products that are returned for any reason other than our error will be refunded less the amount of shipping costs.
